Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sanyo-Denki such as the P80B22350HBV7 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 7FU manufactured by Sandex and we are pleased to be able to service most Sandex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 301580 by Manufacturer Schunk as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Schmersal Brand AZM161SK12 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Schneider such as DTA200 equipment made by Schneider have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Schneider products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Schneider" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available TB0020 made by Schumo as well as the popular 300611 original spares produced by Schunk
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LCD150034 by Schenck and DTA200 spares by Schneider are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
