Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Sager & Mack Vertriebs M-40-32-92-15 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Flender-Himmel products, including obsoleted and phased-out Schneider parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Mannesmann-Dematic-Ag product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Flender-Himmel such as the K40A90LP4RIL16GHV spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ILS1R851S1390 manufactured by Schneider and we are pleased to be able to service most Schneider systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KBA90B8 by Manufacturer Mannesmann-Dematic-Ag as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Giddings-And-Lewis Brand HSM620B24 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Vem such as K21R90S2 equipment made by Vem have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the KBM3454SFWA718100NB5J by Baldor and K21R90S2 spares by Vem are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
