Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Schneider XPS-ATE parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:
Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Square-D products, including obsoleted and phased-out Square-D parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Fpe product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Square-D such as the 8501XO60XLV02 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 9050B05D manufactured by Square-D and we are pleased to be able to service most Square-D systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TLR1A25 by Manufacturer Fpe as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Telemecanique Brand LD4LC130U in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Warrick such as 1G1E0A equipment made by Warrick have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Warrick products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Warrick" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 8501XDO80XDLV62 made by Square-D as well as the popular 1F1E0 original spares produced by Warrick
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 5R1000SSIL by Sigma and 1G1E0A spares by Warrick are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
