Scott Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Scott Quad and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Scott Quad include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the Quad if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our Quad repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sew-Eurodrive products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sensor-Instruments parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Servo-Dynamics product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sew-Eurodrive such as the WA30 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SPECTRO manufactured by Sensor-Instruments and we are pleased to be able to service most Sensor-Instruments systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SDBF04 by Manufacturer Servo-Dynamics as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Sew Brand MTF11A005503E20A15 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sew such as MC7B0005 equipment made by Sew have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sew products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sew" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available LPS420005 made by Servo-Systems-Co. as well as the popular WAF7 original spares produced by Sew-Eurodrive
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DRN80M4 by Sew and MC7B0005 spares by Sew are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 73008086 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Servo-Dynamics.
