Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Dodge such as the TA5215SCSX3 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SSGHF3026AH manufactured by Baldor and we are pleased to be able to service most Baldor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature UU50100A5 by Manufacturer Cone as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Hapman Brand TXQ3180180 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Nexen such as TL30AE equipment made by Nexen have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nexen products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nexen" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available TMQ2302 made by Grove as well as the popular TA4207H15 original spares produced by Dodge
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SP140MF15021000 by Alpha and TL30AE spares by Nexen are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 3005 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Triconex.
