Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Seib & Meyer 26.44.14 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sherline products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sew-Eurodrive parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Sew-Eurodrive product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sherline such as the 8865 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 8279861 manufactured by Sew-Eurodrive and we are pleased to be able to service most Sew-Eurodrive systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FBG31C08 by Manufacturer Sew-Eurodrive as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Servo Brand A06B0153B089 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sew such as DRN80M4 equipment made by Sew have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sew products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sew" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available LDS5400K made by Shan-Ho as well as the popular DOP11C51 original spares produced by Sew

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the R77DT90L4CKS by Sew-eurodrive and DRN80M4 spares by Sew are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MC7B0052A300 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sew.
