Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sennheiser products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sentek parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Sensor product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sennheiser such as the EM2003 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EPC00006001 manufactured by Sentek and we are pleased to be able to service most Sentek systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature D103SG5821 by Manufacturer Sensor as well.

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A1A4003 by Sensodec and SMCM2A1 spares by Servoland are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
