Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sew-Eurodrive products, including obsoleted and phased-out Shawmut parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Sew-Eurodrive product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sew-Eurodrive such as the FBG31C08 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A25X2500128 manufactured by Shawmut and we are pleased to be able to service most Shawmut systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1015403400 by Manufacturer Sew-Eurodrive as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Sew-Eurodrive Brand W20D71C4 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Shimaden such as SR92 equipment made by Shimaden have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Shimaden products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Shimaden" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 1027286 made by Sick as well as the popular 1204161 original spares produced by Sick
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the K7AM56 by Sew-Eurodrive and SR92 spares by Shimaden are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
