Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Sew-eurodrive R47VU21SLP102-KS parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sew-eurodrive products, including obsoleted and phased-out Alpha parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Dodge product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sew-eurodrive such as the R57DT90L4BM62HF spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SP100 manufactured by Alpha and we are pleased to be able to service most Alpha systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TA4207 by Manufacturer Dodge as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Grove Brand TMQ2202 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Shinko such as SF1000 equipment made by Shinko have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Shinko products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Shinko" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available RA631 made by Boston as well as the popular SSBMQ81815L56 original spares produced by Grove

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RNU1245C2NAP5 by Ntn and SF1000 spares by Shinko are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TF3969 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Lincoln.
