Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Smc-Cyclo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Taiyo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Tb-Woods product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Smc-Cyclo such as the HMS1855 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the USAL08 manufactured by Taiyo and we are pleased to be able to service most Taiyo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 5V715 by Manufacturer Tb-Woods as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Spk Brand 3372620 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Tb-Woods such as 9SCH118 equipment made by Tb-Woods have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tb-Woods products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tb-Woods" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available CHH6175R211 made by Sumitomo as well as the popular J1A6025LKM original spares produced by Stelron
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SY212TF by Skf and 9SCH118 spares by Tb-Woods are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
