Simco Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Simco MR50 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Simco MR50 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the MR50 if necessary. Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Spare units by Smc such as CG1BN100125Z equipment made by Smc have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SLX5MSMDM1 by Sixnet and CG1BN100125Z spares by Smc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
