Softron Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Softron SN1 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Softron SN1 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the SN1 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our SN1 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Speed-a-matic such as the 332094Z102 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DA641001 manufactured by Sokki-Electronics and we are pleased to be able to service most Sokki-Electronics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature C967GTC by Manufacturer Sporlan as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Spang Brand FC7G8B2251A10 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Spellman such as MP10P24554 equipment made by Spellman have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Spellman products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Spellman" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SJE00W made by Southwire as well as the popular 163787912 original spares produced by Sony
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PU20112 by Sony and MP10P24554 spares by Spellman are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DT512P Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sony.
