Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sprecher--Schuh such as the KT325DB453 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A8318781B manufactured by Sony and we are pleased to be able to service most Sony systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 300858 by Manufacturer Spraymation as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Spg Brand S9R40GBL in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Cutler-Hammer such as A545EGA3B40B equipment made by Cutler-Hammer have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cutler-Hammer products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cutler-Hammer" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available CA37211 made by Sprecher--Schuh as well as the popular LY201 original spares produced by Sony
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SPI1000 by Siemens and A545EGA3B40B spares by Cutler-Hammer are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
