Staefa Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Staefa RDE2 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Staefa RDE2 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the RDE2 if necessary. Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Seiko products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sensopart parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Sensotec product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Seiko such as the IF4512GCB spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 57150009 manufactured by Sensopart and we are pleased to be able to service most Sensopart systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature WDZ118206 by Manufacturer Sensotec as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Sensopart Brand V10SOA1W653591051 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sealmaster such as SPD39 equipment made by Sealmaster have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sealmaster products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sealmaster" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 2505324XX made by Sel as well as the popular 20864001 original spares produced by Seagate
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TB32RTC by Sealmaster and SPD39 spares by Sealmaster are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
