Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Standard Power 115/230V 47-440HZ 5V 3.0A 12V 1.8A parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Stanley products, including obsoleted and phased-out Star parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Sti product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Stanley such as the T80111524 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 162132210 manufactured by Star and we are pleased to be able to service most Star systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MS4336B2RMS4336B2X by Manufacturer Sti as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Star Brand 23100PR17 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Static-o-ring such as 500121B equipment made by Static-o-ring have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Static-o-ring products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Static-o-ring" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MCF4730600X3 made by Sti as well as the popular 424301 original spares produced by Stearns

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LCM1Series701161000 by Sti and 500121B spares by Static-o-ring are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 21A108706 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Stanley.
