Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PS62UXEAM2HKNXX manufactured by Vega and we are pleased to be able to service most Vega systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LEI236200CE by Manufacturer Sumtak as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Turck Brand FTCI34D15A4P2UP8XH1141 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Thermonics such as T2427 equipment made by Thermonics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Thermonics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Thermonics" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available IP031R made by Sumtak as well as the popular 1712 original spares produced by Amarillo
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 7202 by Reeves and T2427 spares by Thermonics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
