Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Tai-Shi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tamagawa parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Takara product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Tai-Shi such as the SJN2015792 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TS264071E10 manufactured by Tamagawa and we are pleased to be able to service most Tamagawa systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 38144 by Manufacturer Takara as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Taupunkt Brand FA300 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Tamagawa such as TS5208N122 equipment made by Tamagawa have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tamagawa products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tamagawa" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 11784 made by Suetron as well as the popular SSL26S original spares produced by Synatel-Instrumentation
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LS1220I219A by Symbol and TS5208N122 spares by Tamagawa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original VSG2018082501 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tai-Shi.
