Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Te-Connectivity such as the GHSER7501000A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CE2101LG12STP manufactured by Storsystem and we are pleased to be able to service most Storsystem systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AS020D54300 by Manufacturer Sygnetron as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Suetron Brand 11787 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Taylor such as 6102BZ10131A equipment made by Taylor have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available CNHM16125YBAVB7 made by Sumitomo as well as the popular SJN20157101 original spares produced by Tai-Shi
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the Robot by Sysmelec and 6102BZ10131A spares by Taylor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
