Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Stromberg SAFT-107-POW parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Allen-Bradley products, including obsoleted and phased-out Motori-Elettrici parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Telesis product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Allen-Bradley such as the SP151160 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TN63A4 manufactured by Motori-Elettrici and we are pleased to be able to service most Motori-Elettrici systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TELESIS16268085A by Manufacturer Telesis as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Telesis Brand TMP1700 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Indramat such as TDM12100300W1000 equipment made by Indramat have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SS7B481MDO by Dolan-Jenner and TDM12100300W1000 spares by Indramat are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SD0018G03 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Flexmate-Inc.
