Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sumitomo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tci parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Sumitomo product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sumitomo such as the ANFJM40ASV25 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the KDRG1H manufactured by Tci and we are pleased to be able to service most Tci systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KHHMS872LV2B60 by Manufacturer Sumitomo as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Tci Brand 31006 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Tamagawa such as TS5208N122 equipment made by Tamagawa have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tamagawa products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tamagawa" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 3EC301366 made by Tanaka-Seiki as well as the popular ACD120C24 original spares produced by Sunfone
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3HAC1467S1 by Tamagawa and TS5208N122 spares by Tamagawa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original Pathfinder Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Teledyne-Gurley.
