Superior Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Superior X1000E and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Superior X1000E include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the X1000E if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our X1000E repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Suruga-Seiki products, including obsoleted and phased-out T2-Sp82 parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Suruga-Seika product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Suruga-Seiki such as the K50140URMPMM33BH2C16 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the KD3T27711E manufactured by T2-Sp82 and we are pleased to be able to service most T2-Sp82 systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KS102100KS102100KS102100 by Manufacturer Suruga-Seika as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Taiyo Brand 7522 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Takk such as GN7081018 equipment made by Takk have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the THHLP230V300W by T+h-Hlp and GN7081018 spares by Takk are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
