Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Tecnau products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tci parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Szmwkj product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Tecnau such as the TC1010 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the KDRF25H manufactured by Tci and we are pleased to be able to service most Tci systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LA350C142 by Manufacturer Szmwkj as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Tamagawa Brand OIS802048 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Taiyo such as TAM4 equipment made by Taiyo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Taiyo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Taiyo" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 670993202 made by Tektronix as well as the popular 670868803 original spares produced by Tektronix
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the KLR8CTB4 by Tci and TAM4 spares by Taiyo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original AR30 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Teijin.
