Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Tb-Woods products, including obsoleted and phased-out T+r parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Taylor product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Tb-Woods such as the WFC20030C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the C65S manufactured by T+r and we are pleased to be able to service most T+r systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 155S108 by Manufacturer Taylor as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Tamagawa Brand 4128 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Taylor such as 125S1600CN01 equipment made by Taylor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Taylor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Taylor" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available TS5643N51 made by Tamagawa as well as the popular TACS83A original spares produced by Takamatsu
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TACSIO4A by Takamaz and 125S1600CN01 spares by Taylor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original WF2C20075D Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tb-Woods.
