Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Takex SS40-TR12 RECIEVER & SS40-TL12 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Tamagawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mattke parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Tb-Woods product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Tamagawa such as the TS4603N8030E200 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RX130HR1004 manufactured by Mattke and we are pleased to be able to service most Mattke systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SS4D8LX219M by Manufacturer Tb-Woods as well.

Spare units by Tb-Woods such as PC155 equipment made by Tb-Woods have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DB2203 by Tb-Woods and PC155 spares by Tb-Woods are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
