Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Tedea such as the 901050F spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SS4D5 manufactured by Tb-Woods and we are pleased to be able to service most Tb-Woods systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TCFPCXX1 by Manufacturer Honeywell as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Tecnos Brand SITC8901 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Potter such as MDR4165 equipment made by Potter have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Potter products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Potter" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available LFS4724 made by Tdk as well as the popular WFC40075CHT original spares produced by Tb-Woods
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AFC40010B2 by Tb-Woods and MDR4165 spares by Potter are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
