Thames Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Thames 350-TS and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Thames 350-TS include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the 350-TS if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our 350-TS repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Thk products, including obsoleted and phased-out Thermon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Thk product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Thk such as the VLACT45120050 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 80011 manufactured by Thermon and we are pleased to be able to service most Thermon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HRS15R by Manufacturer Thk as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Thermo-Scientific Brand 200009FRevC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Thk such as VRU3055 equipment made by Thk have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Thk products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Thk" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 162125 made by Thiele as well as the popular 823058 original spares produced by Thermotron
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DM500XDM500LS by Thermosystems and VRU3055 spares by Thk are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
