Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Thermo Scientific APEX UPGRADE parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Yaskawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baldor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Modicon product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Yaskawa such as the CIMRMTIII11K spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BM600011 manufactured by Baldor and we are pleased to be able to service most Baldor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AS884A101 by Manufacturer Modicon as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Modicon Brand AS984B928 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Horizon such as CJL3400EF equipment made by Horizon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Horizon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Horizon" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available CIMR71616G3M40371E made by Yaskawa as well as the popular C7624 original spares produced by Siemens

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the C200HDA002 by Omron and CJL3400EF spares by Horizon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ATM103 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Oxford-Applied-Research.
