Thorlabs Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Thorlabs PR01 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Thorlabs PR01 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the PR01 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our PR01 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Tn-Technologies products, including obsoleted and phased-out Thyssen-Krupp parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Timken product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Tn-Technologies such as the DMC20481 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6300jl manufactured by Thyssen-Krupp and we are pleased to be able to service most Thyssen-Krupp systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 7783 by Manufacturer Timken as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Tork Brand K600 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Toro such as 21038538129 equipment made by Toro have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Toro products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Toro" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MXP16PNPSM300MP2SL2TK2 made by Tolomatic as well as the popular EPV140106 original spares produced by Tokyo-Seimitsu
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PC15113C by Timeplex and 21038538129 spares by Toro are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
