We service and repair Timotion TL4 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Timotion TL4 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the TL4 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our TL4 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Toledo-Transducers such as the SS1242 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SLM4 manufactured by Toledo-Transducers and we are pleased to be able to service most Toledo-Transducers systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PC3JDCPU by Manufacturer Toyopuc as well.

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BCES150 by Tol-o-matic and QPM2D100L2PB spares by Total-Control are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
