Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Toshiba such as the H1050891 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 521226 manufactured by Topaz and we are pleased to be able to service most Topaz systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 53360 by Manufacturer Toshiba as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Toshiba Brand IK542F in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Tolomatic such as GP224075 equipment made by Tolomatic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tolomatic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tolomatic" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available JKTU52H made by Toshiba as well as the popular TBU228NS original spares produced by Toshiba
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HK30AA052 by Toshiba and GP224075 spares by Tolomatic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TAD268S Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Toshiba.
