We service and repair T&r AE-100-M and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the T&r AE-100-M include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the AE-100-M if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our AE-100-M repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Spare units by Rexnord such as DS5407J equipment made by Rexnord have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing.
