Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Turck BI20R-W30-DAP6X-H1141/F3 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Dodge products, including obsoleted and phased-out Westinghouse parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Viatran product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Dodge such as the 903070 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2608D22G01 manufactured by Westinghouse and we are pleased to be able to service most Westinghouse systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 349BMSX807 by Manufacturer Viatran as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Dodge Brand 242480 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Alpha such as 106815 equipment made by Alpha have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available 15980 made by Placid as well as the popular 111663 original spares produced by Eimco

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LFI3751 by Wavelength and 106815 spares by Alpha are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 31317 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Skf.
