Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Turck RUC30-M30-AN8X-H1141 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Unico products, including obsoleted and phased-out Unipulse parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Indramat product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Unico such as the 317832 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the F360A manufactured by Unipulse and we are pleased to be able to service most Unipulse systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TVM12050220300W1 by Manufacturer Indramat as well.

Spare units by Unisys such as 51782405 equipment made by Unisys have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CCI102017C00008 by Weg and 51782405 spares by Unisys are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TPC5283 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ube.
