Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the United Electric E54-D21BC parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Universal products, including obsoleted and phased-out Uson parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Universal product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Universal such as the UDC0287 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 487A300C manufactured by Uson and we are pleased to be able to service most Uson systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature R12050180M by Manufacturer Universal as well.

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 14605090300 by Us-Elevator and 486A300E spares by Uson are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original D972J39 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer United-Electric.
