We service and repair Us Vibra TDS-400 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Us Vibra TDS-400 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the TDS-400 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our TDS-400 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Dr-vab33 such as the VARIOCON22QHDRVAB33 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the Vlsb1ps999 manufactured by Valcom and we are pleased to be able to service most Valcom systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature U25P2H by Manufacturer Nidec as well.

Spare units by Ametek such as M2000RUTM11 equipment made by Ametek have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 5428254A by Valmet and M2000RUTM11 spares by Ametek are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
