Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Us Draft Co VRX parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Abb products, including obsoleted and phased-out Viatran parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Ifm product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Abb such as the 3HAC105431 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3505AMSHB manufactured by Viatran and we are pleased to be able to service most Viatran systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature OJ5053 by Manufacturer Ifm as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Warner-Electric Brand MCS637 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Vibra-metrics such as model124 equipment made by Vibra-metrics have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ACH5010154LOP2 by Abb and model124 spares by Vibra-metrics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
