Valcom Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Valcom VPRT and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Valcom VPRT include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the VPRT if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our VPRT repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Warner--Swasey products, including obsoleted and phased-out Walter-Titex parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Warner product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Warner--Swasey such as the 8940577 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the E3111436 manufactured by Walter-Titex and we are pleased to be able to service most Walter-Titex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A1210A504 by Manufacturer Warner as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Warner Brand 5302631005 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Vickers such as 123L013AP1907 equipment made by Vickers have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Vickers products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Vickers" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available DG4V333CMUB660 made by Vickers as well as the popular B3213DF11 original spares produced by Walter
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BDS422023615A32 by Vickers and 123L013AP1907 spares by Vickers are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BIXX017212FRN Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Warner.
