Valcom Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Valcom VSCPU and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Valcom VSCPU include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the VSCPU if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our VSCPU repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Valmet products, including obsoleted and phased-out Valor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Vcon-Falcon product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Valmet such as the A413095 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PS1858 manufactured by Valor and we are pleased to be able to service most Valor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PCA20098REVA by Manufacturer Vcon-Falcon as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Versatec Brand G10G11PCBA10019609011 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Vexta such as PXB44H03A equipment made by Vexta have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Vexta products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Vexta" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available DP45 made by Validyne as well as the popular 370087 original spares produced by Van-Dorn
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the KMRB63K2 by Veb and PXB44H03A spares by Vexta are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 930700 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Vee-Arc.
