Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Warner Electric MPB120-1-24 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Wavelength products, including obsoleted and phased-out Weldex parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Watlow product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Wavelength such as the MPT2500 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the WDL5001M1242009 manufactured by Weldex and we are pleased to be able to service most Weldex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 5399 by Manufacturer Watlow as well.

Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DC1160K200AL by Watlow and 988L20CAAARR spares by Watlow are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
