Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Warner Electric D24-05B5-24C parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Wdi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Warner-Linear parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Widia product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Wdi such as the ATF6 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the K2XG2012V12 manufactured by Warner-Linear and we are pleased to be able to service most Warner-Linear systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VHM11D200Z04S300XD11 by Manufacturer Widia as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Wjb Brand J47 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Wavetek such as 85313 equipment made by Wavetek have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available SB4N100A010D001A000 made by Welker as well as the popular MT8104XH original spares produced by Weintek

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1N05482A01A by Westinghouse and 85313 spares by Wavetek are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original XN96PAH3S76 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Wenglor.
