Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Wieland AMI 3.0 v3.42 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Winsmith products, including obsoleted and phased-out Woertz parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Windsor product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Winsmith such as the 913DN25LR spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 45455C5 manufactured by Woertz and we are pleased to be able to service most Woertz systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MPMPE6 by Manufacturer Windsor as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Wika Brand TC10TW15 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Wittenstein such as AlphaLP120M0110111 equipment made by Wittenstein have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SP100SMF170K12S by Wittenstein and AlphaLP120M0110111 spares by Wittenstein are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
