Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Woodhead WOODHEAD SST-DN3-PCI-2 / DN3-PCU-1-E V1. parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Wpc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Xycom parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Woodward product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Wpc such as the 80017000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 94300170170031000 manufactured by Xycom and we are pleased to be able to service most Xycom systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 5466328 by Manufacturer Woodward as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Woods Brand 75F8460 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Xycom such as 91904001 equipment made by Xycom have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Xycom products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Xycom" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 302752 made by Wpi as well as the popular XVME976 original spares produced by Xycom

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the F1020150F1020150 by Yamaha and 91904001 spares by Xycom are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BST450SRC1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yamaha.
