We service and repair Xiris ID-2500 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Xiris ID-2500 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the ID-2500 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our ID-2500 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Warner products, including obsoleted and phased-out Spx parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Hub product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Warner such as the 5216111001 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 300114002 manufactured by Spx and we are pleased to be able to service most Spx systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 022000901165 by Manufacturer Hub as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Camco Brand 63123 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Kop-flex such as 2236110 equipment made by Kop-flex have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kop-flex products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kop-flex" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 5207 made by Falk as well as the popular 3170 original spares produced by Sumitomo
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 100701272 by Chenta and 2236110 spares by Kop-flex are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
