Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Xycom PM-102000 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Keyence products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ctc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Hardinge product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Keyence such as the VT3Q5M spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PX104T4 manufactured by Ctc and we are pleased to be able to service most Ctc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SR0011844ENAT by Manufacturer Hardinge as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Cti-Control-Technology Brand VT5302 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Mitsubishi such as ST1PSD equipment made by Mitsubishi have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PSH3011 by Promark-Technologies and ST1PSD spares by Mitsubishi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
