Our services for the Yasnac CPS-300 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the CPS-300 if necessary. Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Yokogawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Siemens parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Allen-Bradley product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Yokogawa such as the SC4A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3RT10151AP01 manufactured by Siemens and we are pleased to be able to service most Siemens systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1333YABDP by Manufacturer Allen-Bradley as well.

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing.
