Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Yokogawa 437012/A3/P1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Yokogawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out York parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Yokogawa product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Yokogawa such as the AAM50 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 03101621 manufactured by York and we are pleased to be able to service most York systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AAI141 by Manufacturer Yokogawa as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Yokogawa Brand DR1A100G1D4A4G20300202CE in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Blue-M such as 45450 equipment made by Blue-M have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Blue-M products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Blue-M" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SDV144S33PRPS4 made by Yokogawa as well as the popular EN72 original spares produced by Yokogawa

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 103111FAZZ by Yokogawa and 45450 spares by Blue-M are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
