Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Yuken SK1102-A30-BV-11 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Bosch products, including obsoleted and phased-out Weed parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Allen-Bradley product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Bosch such as the BT095Bosch spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the D0812 manufactured by Weed and we are pleased to be able to service most Weed systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2711PRL10C by Manufacturer Allen-Bradley as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Komatsu Brand DKP3640ECA21GF in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Yaskawa such as CM012M equipment made by Yaskawa have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2711CT4TAPLC by Allen-Bradley and CM012M spares by Yaskawa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 553VIC14430 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Modicon.
