Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Textron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kaydon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 David-Brown product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Textron such as the MH025A685W2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the KA040XP0 manufactured by Kaydon and we are pleased to be able to service most Kaydon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MHV80A379C8B by Manufacturer David-Brown as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Parker/bayside Brand PX155070 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Warner such as MPC1201 equipment made by Warner have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Warner products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Warner" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MV08931 made by Philadelphia as well as the popular MH025101 original spares produced by Textron
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M092150BANTI by David-Brown and MPC1201 spares by Warner are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
