Our services for the Zycron Z5000 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the Z5000 if necessary. Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Bosch such as the 1070079484 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1336FBRF75ANENL6 manufactured by Allen-Bradley and we are pleased to be able to service most Allen-Bradley systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 104295402 by Manufacturer Boston as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Allen-Bradley Brand 1403DMBB in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Novellus such as 0125739223 equipment made by Novellus have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Novellus products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Novellus" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MVS151400S90 made by Vibtec as well as the popular 004032552 original spares produced by Applied-Materials
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 0621L0463 by Ge and 0125739223 spares by Novellus are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
