Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Acs-tech80 ACS-Tech80 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Beckhoff products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fanuc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Amicon product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Beckhoff such as the AX510600000x00 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A16B2202075005A manufactured by Fanuc and we are pleased to be able to service most Fanuc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PY321 by Manufacturer Amicon as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Fuji Brand RYC101D3VVT2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Goldstar such as MasterK500 equipment made by Goldstar have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1336SC007AAEN by Allen-bradley and MasterK500 spares by Goldstar are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FASPCI8000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fastech.
